Platform Usage
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the 149 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the 149 platform available at 149.mx, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the 149 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 149 platform operator. Account Creation & Security

Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

149 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the accuracy of information provided during registration. Failure to comply may result in temporary suspension or account termination.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 149 platform, you agree to use the service only for lawful personal purposes. You may not use the platform for any activities that violate Malaysian law or cause harm to other users.
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the 149 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing or transferring accounts to others
- Attempting to manipulate or cheat the betting or gaming systems
- Distributing defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities
- Registering with false or misleading identity information
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate actions including account termination, fund blocking, and appropriate legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 149 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports local payment methods including DuitNow and online bank transfers (FPX). Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date bank account details.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may change from time to time. Deposited funds are to be used solely for betting and gaming on the 149 platform. The platform is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account held in the registered user's name. Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements will be processed within the stipulated timeframe. 149 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing during identity verification or investigations into suspicious activity.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms attached to each offer. Bonuses cannot be directly redeemed for cash unless the wagering requirements have been met. 149 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through fraudulent means.

149 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or behavior harmful to the platform or others. In case of account closure due to term breaches, account balances may be forfeited depending on internal investigation outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 149 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials without prior written permission from 149.
